¶ Organisation Profile | Contacts
Add, view or edit the contact persons responsible for the personal data protection of your organisation.
¶ Context
Enter contact information of the persons responsible for the personal data protection of your organisation, specifically, name, address, email, phone and role. The latter is selected from a drop-down menu, selecting either DPO or responsible.

¶ Procedure
- Click "My Organisation" on the Main Menu
- Click "Contacts" tab
- Click “Add” button.
- Fill in Name, Address, Email, Phone
- Select contact’s role from drop-down list
- Click save
