SENTINEL, after evaluating an organisation profile, using as inputs, the organisation data, the processing activity details and the results of various self-assessment modules, creates a set of Policy Recommendations.
These recommendations are textual, human-readable, enforceable and actionable.
It is important to note that recommendations are grouped:
(a) per breadth of scope, as:
(b) per OTM category. Roughly 10 OTM categories contain global recommendations and 10 OTM categories contain PA-specific recommendations.
Finally, recommendations come in three types:
After receiving and exporting our recommendations for further study, you are invited to keep track of their implementation status
(a) through the My Organisation page (Measures tab), for the global measures
(b) by editing your Processsing Activities (Measures tab), for the PA-specific measures.
After doing any edits above, the OTMs' implementation status will be accordingly reflected in the Policy Recommendations page.
